Accountability

Jeff, you may want to skip this one. It's picture of my stomach :) Just about 30 days ago I decided to take pictures of my stomach and then make a point of working out(pilates)3 times a week(some were just 2 times) and then walking/running as often as I could(about 5 days a week)and then taking pictures a month later and posting them on here :-) Sort of putting myself "out there" The point was for me to SEE the results and be motivated to continue.... Well I see results and am now motivated on the wonderfully chilly "black Friday" to do a video(I have 2 i alternate between) and possibly even go for a run(or more likely a walk).......

Woman, you grew TWO sets of healthy twins!! I've seen your skinny butt and I'm pretty sure aside from a tummy tuck there isn't much more you can do with the extra skin......... I just got lazy!
