I purchased this book back in my early 20's and lost 50 pounds. Went from a size 16 to 10!! Now that my always loose, sometimes even to big jeans are very tight (like kinda obnoxiously tight) I have purchased this book again.....
If you want to learn proper portion sizes and healthy eating this is for you!!
Not only does it tell you how many "portions" of each food group you need to eat for the slimming phase and all others it also has pages devoted to telling you how much of what equals one portion(example 15 grapes is one fruit portion, 1 tbsp peanut butter is 1 protein serving)...It is AWESOME and because there is so much food to eat every day I eat close to 6 times a day, sometimes I do eat 6 times a day and you know what that means..........my metabolism is going into hyper drive and always working. Now add in walking/running/biking and I'm sure to get this extra baggage off and then some :-)
Warning....if you pay more than 20 bucks for this book you are WAY over paying!!!!
